Seamless Inquiry + Onboarding process: We offer you details + visuals galore that will pop into your inbox/spam within 48 hours with dates to chat BLOOMS over a complimentary phone consultation!
Client Portal for all of our streamlined communications, files and event details. Look for our communication through Honey Book. Post Consultation we will send you a link to our client portal where you can read over our contract + invoice. From there you can RESERVE your date with us with 30% Deposit + Signed Contract.
Proposals, Visual Design Deck/ Digital Mock-up: Clients will receive a full visual breakdown for their event. This becomes more detailed Post Booking. We will showcase BLOOM selections, vessels + mockup of designs and layout.
Our A La Carte BLOOMS are for those clients who are looking for Wedding Party only Designs and or want to add on Budvases + Floral Meadows. We have a BLOOM Spend Minimum of $1,000 pre tax and includes studio pick up from our studio in Waconia.
Our Full Service BLOOMS are for those clients are looking for designs throughout their event. These designs could include Wedding Party Designs, Ceremony Statement Florals and Reception Guest Tablescapes. We have a BLOOM Spend minimum of $4,000 pre tax and includes Delivery (some fees may apply). Additional Day of Services are available with this package; Setup + Table Styling, Candle Rentals, Room Flips/Design Repurposing + End of Night Teardown (If your event includes Candles + Large Rentals this may be required). We only book ONE FULL SERVICE Client per weekend so we can focus on you!
